Rebecca M. Eddy, Ph.D.
President
Rebecca is the President of Cobblestone and a faculty member at Claremont Graduate University. She received her doctorate in Applied Cognitive Psychology and has focused her work on applying principles of learning and cognition to evaluation of programs, schools, and curricula. She has worked with community-based organizations, universities, and international corporations. Recent projects include evaluations of U.S. Department of Education (Title V) funded programs such as CoyoteCareers at California State University, San Bernardino and the STEM Pipeline Project at Cal Poly Pomona. She has also evaluated educational curricula in content areas such as Biology, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
H. Todd Ruitman, M.A.
Project Manager
Todd earned an M.A. degree in Psychology with a co-concentration in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation. He is a Project Manager at Cobblestone and has expertise in data analysis, instrument development, training, and planning. He has experience in managing national curriculum studies, including extensive contact with school personnel and administration, and has exemplary client management skills.
Namrata Mahajan, M.A.
Project Manager
Namrata holds an M.A. in Psychology and is a doctoral candidate in Applied Social Psychology. Her doctoral training focused extensively on cross-cultural factors within the educational and social fields. Her research interests include exploring the educational experiences of minority students. She has worked on research and evaluation projects at Riverside County’s Department of Mental Health, Kaiser Permanente, and local non-profit agencies. She has also worked on large education curriculum efficacy studies and is the Project Manager for several Title V projects.
Dreolin Fleischer, M.A.
Senior Research Associate
Dreolin holds a M.A. in Psychology and is an advanced doctoral student in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods. Her ten years of experience in conducting applied research and expertise in designing and implementing research studies informs her current work writing proposals and consulting on projects. Most recently, Dreolin was involved in an evaluation of a child abuse and neglect prevention project, a large-scale literature curriculum efficacy study, and a strictly qualitative evaluation of an art museum’s program meant to guide families with children through the museum.
Nancy Hankel
Research Assistant
Nancy is in the process of earning a Master of Arts in Psychology with a co-concentration in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation degree from Claremont Graduate University. She graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has worked as a research assistant on two Pearson efficacy studies and on various Title V evaluations. She is skilled in multiple aspects of research including data entry, coding and analysis, reporting results, site recruitment, and implementation tracking.
Benjamin Marsh, M.A.
Research Assistant
Ben has a B.A. degree in Psychology from Birmingham- Southern College, and a M.A. degree in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University (CGU). He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology at CGU with a focus on cognitive topics across culture. At Cobblestone he assists Project Managers with national evaluations concerning K-12 and college curriculum. Benjamin has strong communication skills and a high competency in research methodology and statistical analysis. He is a student member of Sigma Xi scientific research society, the American Psychological Association, and Western Psychological Association.
Monique Matelski
Research Assistant
Monique has a B.S. degree in Psychology and Sociology from Pennsylvania State University, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Applied Social Psychology at CGU. At Cobblestone, she assists Projects Managers with national evaluations of K-12 education curricula and helps to examine the effectiveness of programs that support low-income and minority students succeed in higher education. Monique’s strengths include research methodology, data analysis, and report writing. She is a member of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology and the Western Psychological Association.
