Courtney is currently pursuing her doctorate in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. She is passionate about turning data into knowledge with her expertise in database management, data analysis, and data visualization. Courtney works with programs aiming to improve education in secondary and higher education settings, providing clients with the information they need to make data-driven decisions. Her academic research interests include how stakeholders interpret evaluation results and the philosophical assumptions that underlie evaluation. In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading, baking, and hanging out with her cats Junie and Mia.
