At Cobblestone Applied Research & Evaluation, Inc. we acknowledge that we are all learners and we can all improve in some way. Our clients have expertise in their own information needs and local context. Our role is to work with them to facilitate improvement for the people they serve by using a combination of strategies in applied research and evaluation. Our responsibility is to help our clients understand their program fully and make decisions about this knowledge based on data.

History

Cobblestone Applied Research & Evaluation, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Dr. Rebecca Eddy, who started the company as an extension of her work as a faculty member at Claremont Graduate University.

We specialize in designing and conducting program evaluation and applied research studies, largely drawing on social science methodology.

Our main office is located in La Verne, California and a second office was opened in Washington D.C. in 2015.
