Program Evaluation
We manage evaluations from start to finish – from data collection and analysis to reporting and dissemination. Our evaluations are designed to support accountability to funders and drive continuous program improvement.
Instrument Design & Identification
We identify reliable and valid instruments to assess implementation (e.g., dosage, quality) and outcomes. If no suitable instrument exists, we design tools tailored to measure your program's specific outcomes of interest.
Data Collection System Management
We collaborate with you to develop data collection systems that provide useful, timely information about participant progress and implementation of key activities — and build processes to keep data flowing consistently throughout your program.
Program Implementation Monitoring
To understand how and why a program does or doesn't achieve its intended outcomes, we assess implementation fidelity. This includes measuring dosage, adherence, and quality to give you a clear picture of what's actually happening on the ground.
Data Analysis & Reporting
We analyze evaluation data using appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods and translate findings into clear written reports or visual displays for internal use or funder submission. We also facilitate presentations and working sessions to help stakeholders make meaning of findings and take action.
