About Kim

Kimberly Gaither is a Research Assistant at Cobblestone. She joined the Cobblestone team after more than 15 years as an educator for California public schools. With her recently completed master’s degree she is interested in building on her experiences in the classroom. Specifically, Kim seeks to develop a better understanding and application of the evaluation process and its importance in strengthening data-driven decisions in education. She loves the arts and the outdoors, so when she is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, spending time with her family and attending live theatre performances.
